It just has to be said. Running the risk of banned from the 'net: All D-link products are terrible, all their software solutions are plain awful. The d-link website is complete rubbish and there's no help to be found there whatsoever. To top things off, the support you get from the people is utterly useless. The people in charge of customer support seem to know nothing about their products and I don't think I can come up with one single positive thing about D-link. Oh, by the way, the product I whine about is the DSM320RD Mediaplayer. It won't work, you are not allowed to update it, it won't play your media and you can't force it to.
